Before Commissioning Me:• Please be advised that I do not tolerate inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission both prior to and during the process, should such behavior occur.• Provide clear, concise descriptions and relevant references for your commission. The final price may vary depending on the complexity of your design and the illustration.Note: I do not accept commissions for hate art directed at any individual or group.During The Commission In Process:• Once payment is received, the estimated completion time (ETA) for your commission will range from 1 to 2 months, with a maximum of 3 months depending on the nature of the work.
• You will receive progress updates through Twitter, Instagram, or Discord.
• You are entitled to request up to 3 minor revisions once the artwork is completed.
• The final file will be delivered via Google Drive or Discord.
Please be patient and refrain from excessive follow-up messages.• Repeated inquiries may be considered disrespectful and could result in the cancellation of your commission.Payment:• Please note that the price may adjust based on the complexity of your commission.•Payment can be made in full or in two installments (first half upfront, remaining balance upon completion).• Accepted payment methods: PayPal and GCash.• If you opt for partial payment and fail to settle the remaining balance, I reserve the right to withhold the final file until the full payment has been received.Copyright and Usage Policy:• You will have permission to repost and use the artwork, provided that appropriate credit is given to me, the artist.• You are not permitted to re-edit, claim authorship, remove the watermark/signature, or alter the design in any way.• The artwork cannot be resold or used for commercial profit without prior agreement.• While you retain ownership of any original characters, the rights to the artwork itself remain with me.Note: Exclusive Rights, a commission agreement may specify that I, the artist will transfer copyright to the commissioner for an additional fee, which would allow the commissioner to control how the artwork is used, reproduced, and altered.• Failure to adhere to these terms will result in a ban from future commissions, and I will make other artists aware of your actions.
